AUSTRALIA – Fraser Island and Great Barrier Reef Tour - 5 Days

Fraser Island Adventure

Fraser Island extends more than 123 kilometers long and 22 kilometers at its largest point. With a territory of 184 000 hectares, it is the biggest sand island on the planet. World Heritage posting positions it with Australia’s Uluru, Kakadu, and the Great Barrier Reef. Fraser Island is a valuable piece of Australia’s characteristic and social legacy and it is secured for all to acknowledge and appreciate.

Fraser Island’s World Heritage posting positions it with Australia’s Uluru, Kakadu, and the Great Barrier Reef. It is an island of extraordinary magnificence, with its, continuous white shorelines flanked by strikingly shaded sand dunes. With more than 100 freshwater lakes by white sandy shorelines. Old rainforests have developed in the sand along the banks of quick streaming, perfectly clear springs.

Fraser Island is the main place on the planet where tall rainforests are discovered developing on sand hills at heights of more than 200 meters. In the warmer seasons, it gives glorious wildflower shows,

The wetlands include uncommon designed greeneries; mangrove provinces; ocean grass beds; and up to 40,000 transient shorebirds. Uncommon, powerless or jeopardized species incorporate dugongs, turtles, Illidge’s subterranean insect blue butterflies and eastern curlews.

The Great Barrier Reef

The iconic Great Barrier Reef is blessed with the breathtaking beauty of the world’s largest coral reef. It is the world’s largest coral reef system composed of over 2,900 individual reefs and 900 islands stretching for over 2,300 kilometers (1,400 mi) over an area of approximately 344,400 square kilometers. The reef is located in the Coral Sea, off the coast of QueenslandAustralia.

The Great Barrier Reef can be seen from outer space and is the world’s biggest single structure made by living organisms. These are both incredible and beautiful ancient tropical paradises, found nowhere else on our planet. A must do adventure tour when in Queensland.
