PRICES We do everything in our control to submit prices on our websites as true and correct. Unfortunately in the real world, prices may change for various reasons. Thus all prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price can only be guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control, which increases the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and airfare increases.


“PLATFORM”; means the desktop or mobile website and app, if applicable, on which the Service is made available for your use. This may be owned, controlled, managed, maintained by LEx.

SERVICE; means the online reservation service. Including the facilitation of payments of various products and services as from time to time made available by Suppliers on the Platform.

SUPPLIERS; means the provider of accommodation. e.g. hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast, theme parks, attractions, museums, sightseeing tours, cruises, rail and coach tours, transfers, tour operators. Plus Insurances and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for reservation on this Platform.

WEBSITE; This website is for your personal and non-commercial use only. The content and information on this website including, without limitation, price and availability of travel services – as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to Legends Express Travel Services or its suppliers and providers. Accordingly, as a condition of using this website, you agree not to use this website or its contents or information for any commercial or non-personal purpose (direct or indirect). While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary and related documents for travel or services purchased through this website. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, training, brochures, handouts or services obtained from this website. Or the LEx. Companies plus in addition, whether or not you have a commercial purpose, you agree not to abuse any privilege.

PRICING;  At the time of publishing this website, prices are current and the best offer available is promoted from our Travel Product and Services Suppliers. As we do not have any control over these suppliers – prices can and may vary. They may also change daily without any prior notice. The Travel Providers use a Low, High and Peak Season for there Rates or similar. So please ensure you check with your LEx. representative to clarify what Season you are looking for. At LEx. we strive hard to keep up to date with any price changes. From time to time, we are offered Promo deals from our suppliers and pass these Discounted Promo rates onto you. Our Valuable Clients and these prices are fixed at the time of publishing of prices on this website. Promo Deals have a limited Time. They are available and sell out quickly. So they may not always be readily available at the time of your Booking.

Also please note, our prices are WYSIWYG, as LEx. is very transparent in its dealings with our Clients and we have included other Travel / Tour benefits, e.g. Airport Transfers with Hotel Bookings or similar. So when comparing ensure, there are no added fees, funds, etc. and that rates compared are exactly the same as for the comparison, as rates will vary considerably from Hotel, Tour, Airline Operators for exact same Tour Package. LEx. also reserves the right to change published rates at any time, we are advised of changes. for any reason. Should a price or rate be different at the time of your Booking, your LEx. representative will inform you of such price and/or rate variance. The LEx. Company and associates are no way responsible for variable pricing, we act as an agent only, and the Travel Providers and Suppliers have there own Conditions of use which are available from there websites. 

BOOKING DEPOSIT / FINAL PAYMENTS; You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. Totaling up to 25% ( more or less as per LEx. Management and/or item booked/purchased) of Tour cost. Payment to be made by Cash or Credit/Debit Cards Direct to LEx Business Bank Accounts. Any additional cost/charges/fees by your Bank, Credit Card Supplier and/or Paypal will be bourne by the name on the booking Document – Not by LEx. ( unless Specifically mentioned on your booking documents ). Once payment has been made by you, a copy of Deposit Slip or similar is to be faxed, scanned, mailed or hand-delivered to our LEx. Office. It must be sited to confirm payment has been made and cleared funds are in LEx account. ( 100% payments may be paid in Full, for LEx Packages if you so desire. ) An Official Receipt will be issued once LEx has received confirmation and funds of Payment.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.  Rooms and tours are subject to availability upon the actual booking date. No confirmation of a booking will be given until full payment has been received by LEx. Management.

This non-refundable deposit is required before any confirmation of Flight, Hotel, Tour or other services LEx. is conducting on behalf of you and/or its Suppliers, acting as your agent. Once the cost of Flight and/or Services has been received and cleared from the bank, a confirmation of your tour will be confirmed. Then a Tour Voucher will be forwarded to you before your travel commences. Final payment of any balance remaining is then required within 30 days ( one month ) prior to the departure date. Unless otherwise stated, whereas LEx. will forward to you an E-ticket and/or Voucher – When Full payments have been received. In certain situations, some Airfares and/or Services conducted by LEx. may have to be paid in full at time of booking. This is Classified as ” BOOK AND BUY ” by Airlines – please consult your LEx consultant for further information and/or confirmation.

UNUSED SERVICES; No refunds will be applicable to you in respect to the non-utilization of any part of the travel agreements made for your booking by LEx.

TRAVEL INSURANCE; It is a condition of this agreement between us and you, that you will take out an adequate vacation and travel insurance. This covers you against any cancelation charges, unexpected curtailment of your vacation, refunds, medical expenses arising from your domestic/overseas vacation. Including repatriation, damage to luggage and/or personal liability against you.

Should you fail to secure such travel insurance coverage prior to your overseas and/or Philippines travel, then you accept the full responsibility yourself. And for all of the members of your party. You will indemnify LEx. and our affiliates/partner travel agents and representatives ( as applicable ) for any and all costs that may arise. Which would otherwise have been met, had such travel insurance been in force

REFUNDS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS; Once a deposit payment has been received as a confirmation of a booking, No Refund is permissible. All deposit payments are Non-Refundable. In the event that a refund for amounts of money received by LEx. other than the Non-Refundable deposit, LEx. are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier. Canceled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Any cancellation for a purpose not deemed satisfactory by LEx. Management, there will not be a refund. Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed, altered or canceled. Fees and extra charges will also apply when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where LEx incurs any liability for a cancellation fee or charges for any booking that you cancel, change or have a No Show, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of the fee charged. Please check all documents issued by LEx. at the time of receiving them. Should you accept any document, it will be deemed as correct at the time of receiving such documents.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES; An example of Special Circumstances, is a World Health Pandemic. i.e. or similar to COVID-19. This is where LEx. has no control over Cancellations, Changes, and/or Refunds.
LEx. will honor your Refund/Cancellation request in parallel with what the Government officials recommend to the best of our ability as a Travel Agency. We cannot guarantee a Full Refund during these Special Circumstances. We cannot also guarantee a time frame of any Refund availability, due to relying on responses from other travel companies that we may use to book travel through or from.

Each case we receive for Special Circumstance Refund will be dealt with individually by the LEx. Management Team as quickly as possible. What type of refund, will depend on the company contracted for your travels. Cash refunds will not always be applicable and a Legal Travel Voucher, equivalent to the money received by us, ( less any Fees ) and will become such a Refund to be used in your next Travels with LEx.
Please also note, there may be Additional Fees charged for Special Circumstance Refunds due to any ongoing investigation into the legality of such a refund with the appropriate officials.

Any Fee charged will only be to recover any costs that LEx. has covered with our own Company expenses in obtaining a Refund as per Special Circumstances. Should a Fee be charged, it will be explained on your Refund Statement for your understanding.
Our travel staff will work diligently with all concerned about obtaining a Refund where applicable. To help with this process, of Special Circumstances for a Refund, please send all details relevant to a Special Circumstance concerning a Refund of your Travels.

LEx. recommends for any future travels, that you seriously consider purchasing an appropriate Travel Insurance. This will offer some peace of mind that will also assist in any losses you may incur during your travels, such as Medical, sickness, loss of property, travel cancellations, or similar.

PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD and/or PAY PAL; Credit card payments will incur additional surcharges ( to cover currency exchanges, fees, bank transfers, and other costs not in control by LEx. i.e. 2.5% for Visa and MasterCard, and 2.9% for American Express when paying by credit card.  If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against LEx. 
In the event that a payment has been made to us by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to LEx.- in certain instances, we will act on your behalf to reclaim any lost amounts of money, which will incur charges by us. Please consult your consultant for further information pertaining to this issue. All additional Costs, Fees, Charges are payable by the Client. These are separate costs and not associated with Final Costs of LEx Tour Packages or Services.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS; PayPal payments to LEx via a PayPal Account sent by email, or any other distribution process to obtain Funds will incur charges of 2.5% inclusive of VAT and /or other Taxes. This applies to any Credit/Debit card used for Payments to cover PayPal fees and any additional costs to LEx. We do not have control over PayPal conditions of use, fees and/or other charges. All additional Costs, Fees Charges are payable by the Client and are separate costs. That is not associated with the Final Cost of LEx Package and/or Services acting as your Agent. Or unless otherwise stated by the LEx. Group in writing.

TAXES; Some airlines, terminals, governments and other service providers require Taxes to be paid. These are subject to change without any prior notices and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued.  There may also be a local tax charged at some airports. These are not allowable or included in Ticket Price from any Agent and are solely the responsibility of the Client unless noted otherwise. Please consult your LEx representative for further information on Taxes.

AGENCY – We act as an agent only. LEx. seek to only offer Credible, Quality Tours/Packages and Services from reputable suppliers. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation, tour and other service providers. Such as airlines, coach, rail, road, and sea operators. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not us. We at LEx. endeavor to give you the Best Quality Service from a provider. For the service, you request at the time of booking and do all in our power to ensure you receive this service from the provider.  If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies with the provider and not with LEx.

LEx is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, death or accident sustained. In the event of a delay or suspension, weather conditions, cancellations or otherwise, it is the responsibility of the shipping, airline, transportation and/or Travel provider to determine what procedure will be followed. Additional expenses incurred to delays, suspensions, accidents, and local conditions must be borne by the passenger. LEx. could not be held liable for any untoward incidents ( e.g. flight cancellation, flat tires or noise ) We will do our best to safeguard your interests. Distance, travel times and descriptions used are approximations only and subject to change without prior notice.

LIABILITY;  We do not accept any liability of whatever nature. Whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for acts, omissions or default, negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss. Including consequential loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure. Or any other event which is beyond our control. Which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part and the Clients – at the time of purchase. We act as an agent only for travel Suppliers and Providers.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS; Please liaise with your LEx consultant regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements; such as special meals, seating requests.

VISA & PASSPORTS; It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and re-entry permits that meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. At present the Laws state you must have at least 6 months validity from expiry date on passport and minimum of 4 pages available for new Visa, Stamps, Authorisations from any Country – Any fines, penalties, payments and expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.  All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.

If you require any Visa Assistance or information regarding visa and other travel documents for your trip, please see your LEx consultant.  We can obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf if you desire it. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any loss or damage, which you may suffer in reliance on it. If you wish, we can obtain a visa for you through this external service and fees will apply.

HEALTH – You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation if required. Please check with your local doctor or specialist for this service or contact LEx Consultant for further information. You can also check with The World Health Organisation ( aka. WHO ) for more Info.

PRIVACY STATEMENT We are committed to protecting your personal information.  Your information is not distributed to anyone not affiliated with LEx or your travel contract agreement with the travel service providers.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers and any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider.  These documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions, including (without limitations) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees.  

Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use.  All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport holder or photo identity holder. An incorrect name and/or misspelled name, typing error on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being canceled. Any errors in names, dates, and timings on your documentation will be your responsibility if not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to check all documentation received from your travel provider to ensure all documentation is correct. If an error has occurred please consult your LEx Consultant immediately.

MONEY NOT HELD IN TRUST – All monies paid by you to us will be the property of Legends Express Travel Services and will be a debt due and payable to the travel service provider once the services to which the amounts of money related have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by us in trust for and on behalf of you and we may hold such monies in any account as we see fit, including with our own and/or other customer monies.

GOVERNING LAW If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us, whereas LEx has no Liability, the laws of the Manila, Philippines, Travelling Act will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Manila, Philippines and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts and you legally acknowledge that you are of legal age of 18 years of age or older and that you understand and agree to the above terms and conditions.

LEGALITY – The above Terms & Conditions will always remain the Property of Legends Express Travel Services and it is illegal to copy, distribute, fax, print, photocopy or any other method of falsifying these documents and use with any other person, Company, business, website or any part of the transcript, social media, advertisement without the written consent from Legends Express Travel Services Management. Should a person and/or Company / Business be found to be using the above-Documented Terms & Conditions without written consent the full force of the Law will be used against you and/or Company / Business as Illegal & Fraudulent use.
