Customers can make a one-time, fee-free change for travel reservations made between March 10th and March 31, 2020, without any fare difference applying.  Read More

Waiving cancellation and change fees for bookings made on or before March 10th for travel from March 10th through April 30th.  Read More
Funds used to pay for a flight can be applied to a future flight, must be canceled at least 10 minutes prior to departure. Funds valid for a future trip up to a year from the original purchase date.  Read More

All Aegean (390) and Olympic Air (050) tickets, regardless of issuance date, including at least one flight with a travel date until 31st May 2020, can be reissued from 2nd until 10th April 2020 for the same destination and new travel dates after 1st June (at least one flight) without applying rebooking fees or collecting any fare difference.  Read More

You are free to change the date of any tickets purchased up until 31st March, and you can fly within the next 12 months, only by paying the fare difference in case the reserved fare is not available on the new date.   Read More

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the following guidelines have been published for customers who have a ticket purchased on flights operated by Iberia, Iberia Express and Iberia Regional Air Nostrum, according to the information detailed below. You have the possibility to request a voucher* for the amount of the ticket. If you bought your ticket to fly with us through a travel agency, you must consult the agency to modify your booking.  Read More
Due to the current situation of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have extended the possibility of rescheduling your flight, without paying the associated change fee, for any TAP route and for any travel date. From now on, the reservation change can be made up to 24 hours before the departure of your first flight, rescheduling the new trip to any destination and flying until December 31, 2020. Alternatively, we fully refund the amount paid for the purchase of the ticket, by issuing a voucher, sent by email, valid for one year, for use on a future journey of your choice.  Read More
