Acceptance of Terms and Conditions


PRICES All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price can only be guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes generally occur by reason of matters outside our control, which increase the cost of the the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact your consultant for up to date prices.

PLATFORM means the website and app, if applicable, on which the Service is made available, owned, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by this booking Service”. The online reservation service/system/platform ( including the facilitation of payments) of various travel products and services as from time to time are made available by third party suppliers on their own booking platforms.

SUPPLIER means the provider of accommodation (e.g. hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast or similar), theme parks, attractions, museums, sightseeing tours, cruises, rail and coach tours, transfers, tour operators, group tours, group tour companies, insurances, and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for reservation on this Platform.

WEBSITE This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. The content and information on this website (including, without limitation, price and availability of travel products and/or services). As well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to www.LegendsExpressTravel.com or its suppliers and providers. Accordingly, as a condition of using this website, you agree not to use this website or its contents or information for any commercial or non-personal purpose (direct or indirect). While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary and related documents for travel or services purchased through this website. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, training, brochures, handouts or services obtained from this website or the Company LEx. plus in addition, whether or not you have a commercial purpose, you agree not to abuse any privilege.

DISCOUNTED RATES At time of publishing this website, prices are current and best offer available is promoted from our Travel Product and Services Suppliers. As we do not have any control over these suppliers – prices can and may vary and also change daily without any prior notice. The Travel Providers use a Low, High and Peak Season for there Rates or similar, so please ensure you check with your LEx. representative to clarify what Season you are booking for. At LEx. we strive hard to keep up to date with any price changes. From time to time, we are offered Promo deals from our Suppliers and pass these Discounted Promo rates onto you, our Valuable Clients and these prices are fixed at the time of publishing of prices on this website. Promo Deals have a limited Time and availability and sell out quickly, so they may not always be readily available at the time of your Booking. Also please note, our prices are WYSIWYG, as LEx. is very transparent in its dealings with our Clients and we have included other Travel / Tour benefits, e.g. Airport Transfers with Hotel Bookings or similar. So when comparing ensure, there are no added fees, funds, etc. and that rates compared are exactly the same as for the comparison, as rates will vary considerably from Hotel, Tour, Airline Operators for exact same Tour Package. LEx. also reserves the right to change published rates at any time, we are advised of changes. for any reason. Should a price or rate be different at the time of your Booking, your LEx. representative will inform you of such price and/or rate variance. LEx. Group, its Company and associates are no way responsible for variable pricing, we act as an agent only, and the Travel Providers and Suppliers have there own Conditions of use which are available from there websites.

MAKING A BOOKING – When you make a booking with us, you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. A contract will exist upon our accepting any monies from you towards the booking or upon the issue of our confirmation, voucher or itinerary, whichever is the earlier. These conditions in conjunction with the information set out in our published information from the entire agreement between yourself and LEGENDS TRAVELER. When you make a booking with legendstraveler and we accept it, the total cost of the requested Travel Package becomes due and payable immediately, unless we have agreed in writing that you may pay an initial deposit. In any event, the full amount of your requested Travel Package must be credited to LegendsTraveler a minimum of 10 working days BEFORE your scheduled departure. Airline ticketing for all passengers is considered a Book and Buy system and 100% of the payment is required before any airline booking can be made available and confirmed. Also note that we do not have control over airline ticketing, and their rates for travel are constantly changing. LEx. will always offer the best rates suitable for your Travels at the time of your confirmed booking. Book and Buy, means exactly what is says, to avail the best rates at the time of your booking.  

BOOKING DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS; You will be required to pay a deposit of Tour cost by Cash, Cheque or Credit/Debit Cards or as directed by your LEx. representative, directly to LEx PayPal or LEx Business Bank Accounts. Once Payment has been made by you, a copy of Deposit Slip or similar, is to be faxed, scanned, texted/sms, mailed or hand delivered to our LEx Office, and must be sited to confirm payment has been made and cleared funds are in LEx account. 100% payment may be required to be paid in Full, for a LEx Package depending on type, destination and/or dates of travel Package requested. An acknowledgement Receipt will be issued once LEx has received confirmation of Payment.

RATES are subject to change without any prior notice.  Rooms and tours are subject to availability upon an actual confirmed booking. A confirmed Booking is only allowable once all funds have been received by the Agent. In some instances, the advertised room/hotel may not be available at the time of your booking, so a similar room/hotel will be selected in its place. Paying by Cheque or Credit Card is permissible, but does not constitute a Full Payment until all funds have been cleared by banks and/or Credit Card companies and received in full by the LegendsTraveler.com management. (Please consult your bank for clearing of moneys information.)

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS are required and are Non-Refundable ( as per the type of booking required by Us or a Tour Operator and/or a Group Tour Booking ) before any pre-confirmation and/or pre-reservation of Flight, Hotel, Tour and/or other services LEx. is conducting on behalf of you and/or its Suppliers, acting as your agent. Once the payment of Flight and/or Services has been received and cleared from the bank a confirmation of your tour will be confirmed.  No Tour Voucher and/or e-ticket will be forwarded to you until final payment has been received and confirmed by LEx. Any outstanding balance remaining is then required IN FULL WITHIN 1 MONTH (30 days) prior to departure date, unless otherwise stated in writing from your Travel Agent. Whereas LEx. upon full payment, will forward to you an E-ticket and/or Voucher – ( On Full Cash payments received.) A Final Voucher for Tour package, Flights, and Itinerary plus any acknowledgement receipt deemed necessary for transactions will then be issued to you, from a LEx Consultant.  Some Airfares and/or Services conducted by LEx. may have to be paid in full at time of booking,  Classified as ” BOOK AND BUY ” by Airlines and/or Tour Suppliers – please consult your LEx representative for further information and/or confirmation.

PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD and/or PAY PAL Credit card payments will incur additional surcharges ( to cover currency exchanges, fees, bank transfers and other costs not in control by LEx as per PAYPAL requirements ) of 4% for Visa and MasterCard, and 4.4% for American Express when paying by credit card.  If for any reason any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against LEx. In the event that a payment has been made to us by credit card. You agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to LEx.- in certain instances, we will act on your behalf to reclaim any lost amounts of money, which will incur charges by us. Please consult your LEx. representative for further information pertaining to this issue. All additional Costs, Fees, Charges are payable by the Client and are separate costs and not associated with Final Costs of LEx. Travel Tour Packages and/or Services.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS – PayPal payments / Funds paid to LEx via a PayPal Account sent by email, or any other distribution process to obtain Funds will incur charges of 4% inclusive of VAT and /or other Taxes,  (applies to any Credit/Debit card used for Payments through PayPal except American Express) to cover PayPal Fees and any additional costs to LEx, as we do not have control over PayPal conditions of use, fees and/or other charges, such as exchange rates. These  additional Costs, Fees Charges may occur due to currency exchange rates or similar and are payable by the Client and are separate costs and not associated with Final Cost of LEx Package and/or Services acting as your Agent or unless otherwise stated by the LEx. Group in writing.

TAXES – Some airlines, terminals, governments and other service provider require Taxes to be paid and are subject to change without any prior notices, and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued.  There may also be a local tax charged at some airports. These are not allowable or included in Ticket Price from any Agent and are solely the responsibility of the Client unless noted otherwise. Please consult your LEx representative for further information on Taxes.

GROUP BOOKINGS (extract from the “Group Terms” Used with Cebu Pacific Group Bookings, Rules & Regulations)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS: ( This part of Terms and Conditions is to be used with all or any airline associated with a  Group Booking where an airline is necessary for the Group Tour booking destinations and will form part of LegendsTraveler.com Group Bookings for all participants who participate in making a Group Tour Booking) Please ensure you read Group Booking Terms and Conditions before agreeing to any Group Booking, as these can be different to LegendsTraveler.com Terms and Conditions when making a booking through LEx..
1) Failure to finalise before the deadline will result in the cancellation of the confirmed flight booking and forfeiture of any deposit payment made as a Non-refundable payment. All Group Bookings dedicate a definitive time and date of final payments for any outstanding payment which cannot be changed and or altered. 
2) In case there is a reduction in the number of passengers in a group after the initial quotation or blocking has been provided, the same quoted fare will be applied to the reduced group provided that the number of remaining passengers in the group is greater than or equal to 80% of the original group size, and that NO PAYMENT (i.e. deposit) has been previously made
3) In case there is an increase in the number of passengers in a group after initial quotation, the additional passengers will be subject to seat availability and new new fare quotation. However, this Group Terms will still apply.
4) The Airline will not assume any responsibility for any misconnections on both domestic and international routes booked with other airlines.

5) The notation “May change your booking up to 4 hours prior to departure time” or similar language appearing on the issued itinerary receipt is not applicable to all group bookings and should be disregarded.
6) Web Check-In Online for Group Tour Packages and/or Group Bookings or in advance at Airport by self is Not Permitted for Group Tour Bookings or Group Packages and is not allowed or applicable to all Group Tour Bookings. By completing a personal Web Check-in, it may cancel your Group Booking, (by airlines) and refunds are not permissible.  Group Tours means a Group Booking, Group Check-in, not FIT. ( Frequent Individual Traveler ) Please speak to your LegendsTraveler consultant for more Info.
7) If a stated Minimum of participating persons on a Group tour is not reached, due to circumstances not in control by LEx. we have the right to change or alter the departure date to suit the next Group travel departure as per available dates. All other confirmed details will be the same as per itinerary.
8) Surcharges may apply for change of a departure date, due to Airline Rules and Regulations, not in control by LEx.
9) Rates are subject to change without prior notice. LEx. will do its best to keep rates the same, but due to some circumstances, i.e currency exchange rates or others, any change will we payable by the client.
10) Group Bookings require a minimum of 30 pax to run the Tour Package and can be moved to another date, if full number of pax is not obtained.


1) Booking is a closed Booking
2) Group must travel together on the same flight/itinerary.

3) All group bookings are subject to an administration fee (GRUFEE) of PHP100.00 (exclusive of VAT) per sector per passenger. GRUFEE is non-refundable. The GRUFEE may be subject to change without prior notice.
4) Group baggage fee is NON-REFUNDABLE except for US routes.**
5) Failure to comply with any of the Group Terms will result in the immediate cancellation of bookings from the system. This includes non-compliance, and Web check-in as a non group member, is not Allowed with any deposit, payment dates and submission of Name List
6) Bookings with concession/s or any free-of-charge (FOC) items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Passengers availing FOC must travel with the group and applicable taxes and fees (if any) will be paid by the passenger.
7) The current Airline Conversion Rate (ACR) at the time of payment will be applied.
8) All flights are non-rerouteable, non-rebookable and non-transferable/endorsable subject to the specific terms for any changes to group transactions; and the time limits indicated in the Group Terms. Please ensure you read and understand the Tour Operator and/or the Tour company providing the Group Tour Package before making any Bookings. Group Bookings are different to FIT traveler Bookings
9) Rebooking, by the Tour / Group Operator Only, is allowed twenty-one (21) days Domestic before the date of departure for all routes and thirty (30) days before date of departure for international routes. Subject to all applicable penalties and fare difference. Rebooking is not permitted if the request for rebooking is received beyond the stated period above
10) For groups availing of Through Fare (Sum of Sectors), partially used itinerary of a Through Fare sector is NON-REFUNDABLE. 
Flight changes are not permitted once any of the sectors have been used. It is understood that the tickets of passengers who were a “no-show Subject to Airline’s policy, passengers may use SOS bookings even if not in sequence but the first sector shall be considered flown.The Airline reserves the right to replace the pre-ordered hot meals with an item of similar value if the pre-ordered hot meal is not available during the scheduled flight.
11) The group coordinator will be the sole lead administrator of the group. He/she will be responsible to administer changes for group bookings. The Airline shall rely on such changes performed by the group coordinator consistent with its General Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Baggage.
12) Requests for cancellation is permitted only until twenty-one (21) days before the date of departure for domestic routes and thirty (30) days before the departure date for international routes. However, thirty percent (30%) of the deposit of the cancelled guest/s will be forfeited and applicable penalties will apply. The remaining amount will be put on Travel Fund.

14) Carriage of passenger and baggage is subject to the terms and conditions approved by the Civil Aeronautics Board. For the complete General Terms and Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Baggage, and the Travel Regulations in force, please log -on to https://www.cebupacificair.com/pages/general‐terms‐and‐conditions.
15) Groups affected by flight disruption and/or medical/death case will supersede group booking policy and necessary requirements stated in the General Terms must be provided, as applicable.

REFUNDS, CHANGES AND/OR CANCELLATIONS of GROUP BOOKINGS. We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier, if it deemed valid at time of application for a Refund of any type. Group Tour Bookings are not the same as a Group Flight Bookings that has been cancelled, rerouted, suspended and/or changed prior to boarding by the Airlines. (Your course of action is with the airline, NOT LegendsTraveler.com and/or its Partners or associates.) Cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Cancellation 30 days prior to departure, will incur fees of 25%. and/or amount of Booking and/or  Deposit fee required at time of attaining a Reservation for said Tour/Tour Package/Tour Group Package. (All deposits for a reservation are Non-Refundable) Cancellation from 29 to 15 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.  Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure will incur fees of 100%.  These cancellation Fees may differ from different Tour Operators and/or Tour Company’s and are meant as a guide only to explain possible fees, for Refunds, Cancellations, No Show, Changes and is not limited to these alone. Please ensure you read all Terms & Conditions for your Tour Packages, as they are from different entities and their T & C may differ from LegendsTraveler.com T & C statement.

There maybe additional charges from a travel provider and or Service, these additional costs to LegendsTraveler, will be added to the cancellation total fees and charges. Any additional charges are payable by the client. Cancellation Fees and extra charges will apply where a booking is changed and/or cancelled. Fees and extra charges will also apply when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where LEx. incurs any liability for a cancellation, fee or charges for any booking that you cancel, change or have a No Show, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of the fee charge. All or any additional fees, charges, for any cancelled Group booking are payable by law to the Travel Agents who you purchased the Group Bookings from. The Philippines laws, rules and regulations will be the arbitrary for any case where a refund has been applied for. LegendsTraveler, and its partners or associates are not liable and are indemnified and not liable for any loses, due to a cancellation, a No show, or changes to a Group Booking, or a cancellation by any Airline. 

NOTE: You cannot make a personal Website check-in for a Group Tour Booking. Making a personal web checkin for a booking such as a Group Tour you have confirmed a payment and received confirmation, forms a binding contract for that particular Group Booking, as a Group, not as an individual and/or a family. 

Please adhere to these articles of Terms and Conditions set up by Airlines, Tour Operators and/or a Tour Company. Failure to do so, may have your Group Tour cancelled and No Refunds are applicable. This is at the Airlines discretion, and we have no control over Airlines Rules, Laws and Regulations.Your course of action, if any, is with the Airlines and Not LEx. Please adhere to these Terms of Use.

AGENCY – We act as an agent only. We sell/promote various travel related products and services on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation, tour and other travel service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail, road and sea operators. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not us. We at LEx endeavour to give you the Best Quality Personal Service from a provider, for the service you request at time of booking and do all in our power as a professional Travel Agent to ensure you receive this service from the provider. 

If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted for, your remedy lies with the provider and not with LEx. LEx. is not responsible and/or liable for any loss, damage, injury, death or accident sustained. In the event of a delay or suspension, weather conditions, cancellations or otherwise, it is the responsibility of the shipping, airline, transportation and/or Travel provider to determine what procedure will be followed. Additional expenses incurred for delays, suspensions, accidents and local conditions must be borne by the passenger. LEx. could not be held liable for any untowards incidents ( e.g. flight cancellation, flat tyres or noise ) We will do our best to safeguard your interests. Distance, travel times and descriptions used are approximations only and subject to change without prior notice.

LIABILITY –  We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort, force majeure, terrorism, or otherwise, for acts, omissions, defaults, declined applications ( Visa and/or Passport ) whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control over their processes and/or operations. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept liability in contract, tort, force majeure, terrorism or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss ( including consequential loss ), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part and the part of the Client at time of purchase, as we act as an agent only for travel Suppliers and Providers.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – Please liaise with your LEx consultant regarding any special requirements you may have for your travel arrangements, such as special meals, seating requests.

VISA & PASSPORTS – It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. At present the Laws state you must have at least 6 months validity from expiry date on passport and minimum of 4 pages available for new Visa, Stamps, Authorisations from any Country – Any fines, penalties, payments and expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.  All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.

VISA APPLICATIONS that are conducted by other Tour Operators Packages and/or Promotions, that include a Visa Application, Paid or Free, are not to be confused with Terms and Conditions of LegendsTraveler.com. You should read carefully the Terms and Conditions of the Tour Operator Company that is conducting the Package Deal with Visa Inclusions. We act only as an Agent for the Tour Operators Company offering Tour Package Deals and have No control over their Visa Application process or there business Operations. Should you have a complaint about Visa Application, your course of action is with the Tour Operator Company offering the Tour Package deal which included a Visa and/or Visa Application and Not with LegendsTraveler.com. Please read carefully the Tour Operator Company offering the Tour Package Deal, inclusive of Visa Application, Paid or Free, as their Terms and Conditions apply, which may be different to LegendsTraveler.com Terms and Conditions. LegendsTraveler.com accepts no Responsibility and/or Liability for the services offered by the Tour Operator Company offering the Tour Package Deal inclusive of Visa. We do everything possible to ensure your Tour and/or Package we promote is of good Quality and Value and that the Tour Operator Company offering the Tour Package Deal is of good Standing and a Professional Tour Operator.

Should your Visa Application be refused and/or declined for any reason, your course of action is with the Tour Operator Company or Embassy connected with the Tour Package Deal offering a Visa Application and Not with LegendsTraveler.com, as we act as an Agent only for the Tour Operator and/or Tour Company offering the Tour Package Deal. Should you request a Refund from a declined/refused visa application your course of action is with the Tour Operator Company that offered the Tour Package Deal inclusive of Visa Application, and not with LegendsTraveler.com. We accept No Liability or recourse of actions by you towards LegendsTraveler.com, if this circumstance arises as your course of action is against the Tour Operator Company. The Tour Operators Company conducting the Tour Package deal uses their own Terms and Conditions – Once you accept and pay for your Tour Package Deal, you are accepting their Terms and Conditions as well. Please ensure you read and understand all Terms and Conditions before making any purchase. If unsure please contact Us for further info.

Should you wish to register a review an/or comment about the Tour Operator and/or Tour Company that conducted the Tour Package Deal, please register this within 30 days of the conclusion of the Tour Package. in writing. ( an Initial phone call is good, but to enable us to take further action, on your behalf, we require your comment/complaint for Legal reason, to be in writing ) LegendsTraveler.com will address and investigate your manner of comment, and decide whether it warrants further action. We will pursue all and any complaints to ensure there is an acceptable answer to your comment, and forward any reply we receive, concerning this matter onto you by email, should we deem it necessary to do so.  LegendsTraveler.com cannot accept any Liability, offer any refunds from this event, as you have accepted the Tour Package Deal from this Tour Operator Company and by doing so have agreed to their Terms and Conditions. Your course of action, if any, is with the Tour Operator Company that conducted the Tour Package Deal, and not with LegendsTraveler.com.

LegendsTraveler.com will honor any comment/complaint from our clients, that has been received in writing within 30 days of a said Tour Package conclusion, and investigate thoroughly the manner in which this matter was necessary for it to be risen. LegendsTraveler.com will do whatever is possible, within our jurisdiction as a Travel Agent to assist in resolving this matter, to the best of our ability. We do value your comments, good or bad, so we can ensure a better and improving service to our Valuable Clients.

If you require any ASSISTANCE or information regarding visa ( conducted by LegendsTraveler.com and Not a Tour Operator offering an Inclusive Visa Application with their Tour Package Deal ) and/or other travel documents for your trip, please see your LEx consultant.  We can obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf if you desire it. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any loss or damage, which you may suffer in reliance on it. If you wish, we can obtain a visa for you through this external service and fees will apply. Please consult your LEx. representative if you seek assistance with Visa or Passport matters. Terms and Conditions will apply as per this document when using LegendsTraveler.com.

HEALTH – You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation if required. Please check with your local doctor or specialist for this service or contact a LEx Consultant for further information.

PRIVACY POLICY  WE are committed to protecting your personal information.  Your information is not distributed to anyone not affiliated with LEx. or your travel contract agreement with the travel service providers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, passport and any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider.  Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions, including (without limitations) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees.  Travel documents cannot be transferred to another person to use.  All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport holder or photo identity holder. An incorrect name and/or misspelt name, typing error on a booking may result in an inability to use that booking and the booking being cancelled. Any errors in names, dates, and timings on your documentation, is your responsibility to check for correctness / errors of any issued document. Should an error be found, please contact legendsTraveler.com immediately. If not advised at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to check all documentation received from your travel provider to ensure all documentation is correct. If an error has occurred please consult your LEx. Consultant immediately. 

MONEY NOT HELD IN TRUST – All monies paid by you to us will be the property of Legends Express Travel Services and will be a debt due and payable to the travel service provider once the services to which the amounts of money related have been provided. You agree and acknowledge that such monies will not be held by us in trust for and on behalf of you and we may hold such monies in any account as we see fit, including with our own and/or other customer monies.

GOVERNING LAW If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us, whereas LEx. shares no Liability, the laws of the Philippines, Travelling Act 2018, will apply. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts . You also legally acknowledge that you are of legal age ( 18 years of age or older ) and that you understand and agree to the above terms and conditions.

We thank you for choosing Legends Express Travel Services and selecting a Quality Tour or Vacation Package. Becoming a LegendsTraveler today .

Before we acknowledge your payment, we would like to inform you by continuing with your payments for a selected Group Tour/Tour Package or a travel product or service offered by LEx., you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions when making a Booking/Payment for your purchase/reservation – an extract of the basic T & C apply as follow;

I am aware that;

The Tour/Package deposit is non-refundable. If one of the companion/s are denied in visa, the remaining companion/s is/are not eligible for cancellation, thus, no refund can be given. This is regardless of the relationship with the denied applicant.

The Korea (and/or any other Embassy) Refund Policy will only apply for denied visa if the participants submitted their requirements on the given dates. A minimum of 60 days before tour/package departure date. In the event that visa application of my companion gets denied, I must pay the corresponding single supplement charge in order to continue with the package. Any course of action I wish to take for a denied visa is with the embassy and not with LEx.

Package may be transferable but is subject for approval.

If I choose instalment payments I understand I must comply and follow my payment schedule and finalise payments on or before the due date. FInalisation of payment must be completed/finalised a minimum of 1 month (30 days) before actual departure date of the selected Tour/Package. Failure to do so will be subject to penalties for late payments and/or cancellation of my package.

Any amendment request such as changes in name (MINOR spelling only), date of birth of the passenger may incur additional applicable charges for required changes. I will ensure I check all documents for any errors and omissions before accepting.

I am responsible for ensuring all booking and immigration information presented by myself and my group/party is true and correct at time of sending.

I am aware that there is a required number of participants to meet in order for the proposed itinerary to proceed. In the event that the travel company and tour operator is not able to consolidate the required number of pax, the company has the right to re-schedule or transfer the participants to other travel dates or available package.

Our travel company is not liable for changes of flight, tours and hotel accommodation due to weather, property, location, transportation, renovation related issue, force majeure, acts of terrorism, and other unforeseen events and/or that is out of the control of our company.. The client waives the right for any claims over the company if such incidents may occur.

The Company has the right to proceed with the confirmation of the whole package or any services such as flight, hotel and tours even without prior notice, however if there will be a change of any of the said services on the part of these tour operators – An email notification will be sent to the concerned participants informing of the said change/s.

Travel Documents will be provided 2-5 working days upon receipt of full payment before departure date

I am responsible in ensuring that all the participants have all the required documents necessary for travel abroad such as visa and other related documents like Travel Authority for Government Employees, ARC or Alien Registration ID and old passports for Foreign passports or Balikbayans, Travel Clearance from DSWD for Child/Minors not travelling with their parents, etc.

Foreign passport holders may be applicable for additional surcharges, as per Tour Operator and/or Tour company conducting the tour package.

The Company is not liable for any offloading incidents due to immigration or airline/airport measures for any reasons beyond the Company’s control as a Travel Agent and as such no refund can be made, whatsoever.

I, the lead guest is the main contact for all correspondence and am responsible for the whole group, I must disseminate any information I obtain from the Company. The Company is not liable for any miscommunication between members of the group.

Purchasing of domestic/international tickets or any tour activities prior to visa issuance is highly discouraged. Non-compliance to this doesn’t make company liable to any applicable penalties to be paid to the airline in case of any changes in the tour/package booking.

I am aware that I cannot do a web checkin of self or any of my group/party members as a Group Tour/Package. This is a Group tour, and as such all check-in at the airports will be conducted by your Tour Operator at the airport for each member of the Group Tour as a group. Failing to comply with airline group check-in procedures (T & C) can forfeit your departure and tour package, if the airlines decides this. We have No control over airline rules, regulations and T & C Policy’s for Group Check-in.

Travel Insurance, at times, is included in the Tour/Package. Please check, and if you should require travel insurance beyond this please ask your LegendsTraveler representative for assistance.

Tour Operator T & C can differ from our Company T & C – please ensure you understand the Tour Operators Booking conditions.

By making your deposit payment you are acknowledging the acceptance of these basics T & C above and our full Terms & Conditions for your bookings.

I have read and understand, that continuing to Purchase, Book, make a reservation and/or Payment through LegendsTraveler/LEx./Legends Express Travel Services hereby known as the Company and/or Travel Agency, that I agree and fully understand the provisions set out in this Waiver in relation to a Visa Application(s)- 

  • That the Company, cannot guarantee the approval/granting approval of my Visa Application
  • That the said Travel Agency has no control of whatever documents the embassy may require in regards to my application.
  • Document requirements can be changed per application, without any prior notice by the embassy
  • The failure to comply with the submission of any additional documents may result in the pending/cancellation of a visa application
  • The Company is not responsible for the cancellation, rebooking  of missed flight of the application brought about by the delayed submission of lacking documents. 
  • The Company is not responsible for the delays by embassy to approve any visa application or changes to visa processing made by an embassy.
  • The applicant is fully aware of the risk of non-compliance will result to the denial of application.
  • The Company does not allow for safe-keeping of documents in the office and in case of loss or damaged documents of the applicant, and is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
  • That in case of delay in releasing of passport from the embassy, the Company will not shoulder the necessary expense(s) incurred in the speedy return of such document.
  • The Company is not in any way responsible nor in control of processing times and even delays in visa application to the embassy.
  • The counting of days will start after the complete submission of documents and date of mailing/delivery by LBC, JRS, DHL or any other courier service for filing and final screening. ( Not from the day you submit your visa application to the travel agency )
  • The Company will not be responsible if the applicant insist of filing the visa application over a short period of processing time.
  • The required time for a visa application approval or denial, can be up to 40 business/working days (6-8 weeks) or longer. We have no control over time taken by an embassy for a visa application to be approved or delayed.
  • That any service directly and/or indirectly related to this Visa filing will be at the expense of the applicant.
  • That cancellation, rebooking or missed flights will not be shouldered by the Company arising for any negligence or delay of the said applicants in the application process conducted by the processing team or embassy.
  • You hereby agree that you have fully read and understand the above statements, and by continuing to use this website, with a payment/purchase /application through the Company for any travel product and/or service you understand that Legends Traveler is not liable for any delays, denials, made by an embassy and will abide by the above waiver of the Company. If you do not fully agree with this Waiver, please do not continue to use this site.

Legends Traveler does everything in its power, as a Travel Agency, to ensure a visa application is successful, but we cannot offer any guarantee or over rule any embassy rules, laws or regulations for a visa being approved, delayed or denied!

“To avoid any disappointments we recommend you submit a visa application at least 2 months before your departure date.” as Legends Traveler will accept no liability for delays or changes made by an Embassy.



You hereby Agree & Understand the following Terms & Conditions for a Land Arrangement booking Only:


  1. Rate shown for Land Arrangement only is payable in Full and is Non-Refundable.
  2. No Flights or Airport/Hotel transfers are included in Land arrangement only packages.
  3. Should you choose a different Airline Flight to the Group Tour Flight indicated in the Group Tour package, additional charges will apply for Airport – Hotel – Airport Transfers, which is to be paid in full 30 days before your departure.
  4. Visa Application must be processed 60 days before departure date.
  5. There is an Additional cost for Visa Application processing which is Non-Refundable
  6. You may book your own Flight to the Group Tour destination. All costs associated with your flight booking are your responsibility and no liability for delays, problems with flight, etc are liable by Legends Express Travel
  7. Should you wish to avail Transfers from Airport – Hotel – Airport, you must book the same Flight stipulated in the Group Booking Itinerary.
  8. If you book a different Flight to what is shown in the Group Booking, transfers to Airport – Hotel – Airport is Not included in Land arrangement of the Group Package. Travel to Hotel/Airport is by your own arrangements.
  9. Should you require Transfers from Airport/Hotel/Airport – these may be arranged at an additional cost to you and/or your group. Please speak to a company representative for added costs. 
  10. A Land Arrangement only booking has the same Terms of Agreement as a Full Group Booking Package and must be adhered to by all passengers whilst on Tour.
  11. Should a Visa application be denied, there is No refund for payments received and your course of action is with the Embassy and not Legends Express Travel.
  12. Full Payment must be received 30 days prior to departure date and is Non-Refundable.
  13. Philippines Travel Tax is your responsibility and is Not included in the Land Arrangement pricing.This is an additional cost and must be paid by yourself at the airport. Legends Express Travel is not responsible for this payment.
  14. Tipping at US$5/day/pax is Not included in the Land Arrangement Package price and is an additional cost, to be paid in Full on your booking of Land Arrangement only. This is to be paid 30 days before your departure date and is Non-Refundable should your Visa application be denied.
  15. Rates shown at time of booking are correct, but may change without any prior notice by the Tour Operator.
  16. Exchange rates used for any payment amount shown in booking rates will be the rate Legends Express Travel uses and not the Banking/Money Exchange rates shown on websites. Website exchange rates are for Banks and Money Exchange company only and not for personal use. To be read as a guide only.
  17. Should a Partial payment plan be approved for any individual, late payments not received by the due date, will incur a late payment Fee of 4% on any outstanding balance and must be paid in Full before confirmation of any booking is confirmed. Full payment must be received 30 days before departure date.
  18. Any Late Payment charges not paid in full on receipt of invoice for payments owing will forfeit your Land Arrangement only Booking and no refund will be applicable.
  19. Itinerary for land arrangement may change due to inclement weather and/or circumstance not in control of Legends Express Travel.
  20. When you book your own flight you are fully responsible for all costs associated with your booking. Any delays and/or problems with your flight are to be taken up with the Airline you booked with and not Legends Express Travel.
  21. No show, late arrival, missing your flight is your responsibility and no refund will be applicable.
  22. Insurance for your your travels are not included unless stated on your booking Voucher Inclusions.
  23. Should you wish to avail Travel Insurance please consult your LEx. representative for further information and pricing.
  24. LEx. full Terms & Conditions and Waiver form part of this Agreement.
  25. Tour Operator Terms & Conditions may be different to Legends Express Travel T & C, so please ensure you read and understand all terms of Booking from all parties involved in your travel Booking.
  26. Should a group tour be cancelled due to minimum persons not obtainable i.e. 15 persons, the Tour Operator / Travel Agent has the right to transfer the original tour date to another suitable tour date – no refunds are permissible.
  27. Once payment has been received you are agreeing to all Legends Express Travel Terms of agreements for a Land arrangement only per Group Booking.
